At Buckingham Foundation, affordable housing has always felt personal. As an organization rooted in the belief that a company built on community should give back to the communities it calls home, we know what it means to build a place where people can thrive. And we know this: without a stable, affordable place to call home, everything else becomes harder.
Twenty years ago, the Buckingham Foundation set out with a simple but powerful belief: that a company rooted in community should give back to the communities it calls home. Two decades later, we're proud to look back on what that commitment has become.
Rebuilding Together partnered with Buckingham Foundation to repair homes in the Bordeaux neighborhood. We completed the demolition of a dilapidated deck at the home of the Benions, on a characteristically hot Nashville summer day.

Mike Trevillian has been volunteering at Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding for 5 years. Here's what he has to say about his experience: "It has been a great experience working with the children. Seeing how the program helps them and the excitement on their faces has blessed me and changed my life forever!”

We take Earth Day and sustainability seriously at Buckingham. Our team members accomplished the equivalent of 6 weeks’ worth of landscaping, mulching, and litter clean-up along the Indianapolis Cultural Trail to close out our Annual Leadership Conference. Thank you for your commitment to making a difference in the communities we live and work in! Additional shout out to Mainscape & Joe Miller for generously donating the mulch.
