Buckingham Companies

Bradley B. Chambers founded Buckingham Companies in 1984 as a developer of multifamily residential housing. In its nearly 40 years, the modest real estate company has grown to a company that owns or manages a portfolio of over $2 billion of real estate assets throughout the country.

In 2006, Buckingham Companies formalized its long standing commitment to corporate responsibility and created Buckingham Foundation, Inc. as its philanthropic partner. Together, Buckingham and Buckingham Foundation are dedicated to building enduring charitable partnerships and creating meaningful volunteer experiences for employees and residents. Working side-by-side, Buckingham and Buckingham Foundation are focused on fostering relationships and making a positive impact on communities and causes within the mission areas of affordable housing, community and economic development, arts, culture, and childhood hunger.
